Account Manager

Job Description

  • Responsible for planning and writing RFP’s for existing & new clients

  • Calculates pricing & margins using sales pricing models to help determine best options for customer

  • Develops additional recommendations and programs to support retention strategies

  • Collaborates and implements approved recommendations for revenue building

  • Meet with existing/new clients to provide proactive solutions and offerings

  • Listens to customer needs, communicates trends and provides recommendations on how to best service the client, increase revenue, and deepen relationships with clients

  • Attend industry trade shows to connect with prospective clients, to learn about more about the industry, and to be brand ambassadors


  • 3-4 years of experience in account management or project management

  • Experience in construction or real estate industry considered an asset

  • Diploma or undergraduate degree in a related discipline is an asset

  • G licence and access to a vehicle for daily travel in field

  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and trades

  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite of products required – Word, Excel, Outlook,PPT

  • Intermediate skill level in CRM platform(s) preferrable, BuilderTrend, HubSpot, Salesforce

Administrative Assistant

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team

  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports

  • Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible

  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and updating databases

  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members

  • Accurately input and manage data in our systems

  • Assist with special projects and events as needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment

  • Communicate with subcontractors to request necessary information, and ensure the accuracy and currency of information.



  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn
